Dealer Direct Supply was founded in April of 2023, and opened its doors later that year on December of 2023. It is dually owned by Taylor Lewis and William Hughes, and founded on moral and ethical values, based around God. When we first started this company, we insisted on building a firm foundation on Honesty, Integrity, and Respect. We wanted to ensure that we led a healthy and positive business, for the entirety of our business’ life.

Admittedly, since both owners have gotten into this industry back in 2014, they have both seen and done things in the past that weren’t so honest nor admirable. It is an honest perspective shared by the owners, and characteristics they refused to allow any stake in their business. With this understanding came Dealer Direct Supply. An honest and integral business, that all can trust.

With that being said, we wholeheartedly ensure our vehicles to be quality, safe, and reliable for our customers. We make almost everything about our vehicles visible to the public, so if there’s ever any questions about maintenance done, repairs made, history of our vehicles, etc., our customers are allowed to see this and have the proof to back it up. Unlike many other dealerships, we price our cars for what they’re worth, and often times below their true market value. We have a belief that our salesmen don’t sell you the vehicles, the vehicles sell themselves. Our salesmen are only there to help with that process.

In the Used-Vehicle market, not every vehicle we get is perfect. It’s inherent to the market. We do everything we can to make sure our vehicles are in perfect condition, but when there are flaws or issues, we disclose all of that to our customers. It is a part of our business promise to be honest, upfront, and clear. If we fail to meet that promise, we stand on our foundation, and happily make right of any issues there may be.
